Refund policy

At this time we are unable to offer returns due to the consumable nature of our products.

Damages and issues
Most of our products are shipped in glass and packaged as safely as possible for shipment. Unfortunately we are unable to offer refunds or replacements for broken containers or loss of product. We are also unable to replace or refund orders that are lost or stolen once we place them in the care of the shipping carrier. 

Refunds
Refunds are possible on cancelled orders, or if an order arrives to you with missing items you have the option to receive a refund for the missing items or we will correct the mistake and send the missing items.
