I ordered in July and after three or four weeks I reach out in regard to my order and was told they would ship it out the following Monday. Got a shipping notification and it has still never changed from saying waiting to pickup. I reached out again to the same email I had spoken to before and have never gotten a response. I finally just disputed the charge with my bank, after nearly two months.
