I loved everything about the kit and what it included I just would have liked a note or something about each herb even if written on the brown paper this is my first kit I thought maybe it would have come with something

Never received the package

I have sent emails to Sky Clad Apothecary and to UPS regarding not receiving my order from early June 2026. I even filed a missing package claim with UPS. I received NO response from Sky Clad regarding my order not having been received. And UPS closed the claim without any response as well. WTH????
I would like someone to contact me. I would like to know if this is how Sky Clad Apothecary does business? Not responding to customers. UPS's customer service is bad enough. But when the company you ordered from ignores you, that makes it all worse.
Please contact me asap. I would like to resolve this with either a refund or replacement of my order.
