Have not received order - tracking says it has not been shipped

Hi I just reached out to check on my order which shows it has not been sent out, and then I got this email. Are there any issues with my order? I am concerned bc this is a large order and it supposedly has insurance on it

Definitely a great investment!

Everything arrived safe and soundly! I got the 0.5 lb paper bags, and I definitely feel as if I’m going to be good on herbs for a while! I transferred them into mason jars and the rest are in an airtight container. I’m definitely excited to use these herbs, and learn more about the ones I’m not too familiar with. I do however think that I might be allergic to one I’m not familiar with, so I learned something new.
