Wish I could write a review about the aloe; all I received in my $150 order was an empty 30oz glass jar...and no, it didn't leak because there was no residue of Aloe anywhere inside the box when opened. Re-odering since I've heard nothing after multiple emails asking for a refund or replacement. Nothing! I even filled out the automated email asking for a review. I get it, this is a very small company; every successful business centers on the customer, not that they're always right, but as a business they need to show accountability & responsibility to correct mistakes...cause they will happen. Please find the time to address the legit concerns of a customer when they tell you about an issue with their order, instead of ghosting, is a simple & reasonable request.
