So I waited over a month for my order (Ordered late September) which honestly I expected a wait since orders for fall are probably high for the season. Nothing had shipped as of 3 days ago *label was printed but UPS didn't have package* and I was debating sending an email asking about my order but decided to just ask UPS for all notifications for this order, suddenly after putting in that request UPS got my order the next day and it was on the way so I'm not sure if UPS reached out themselves or what but it was here in record time once UPS had the package.
Now, besides that I got the box and was like... that's too small for everything I ordered, and I was correct. This is not the end of the world. I did get all herbs, oils and butters I ordered however I also ordered 3 empty 8oz Mason jars and only received 1 of the 3. So not a big deal, I lose out on $6. Ok. But it was just the combined experience that has me a bit sad. Maybe next year when I order it will not be around a holiday or change of season to avoid the long wait.
This is my 3rd order with Skyclad and I do like their business so this won't stop me from shopping, I just expect a bit more care? Maybe reach out with a delayed message if its taking a while. A message if an item is out of stock? Idk just my thoughts on it all! <3
