It took over two weeks to receive a tracking number. When spending over $400 I was very nervous, I thought I was never going to receive anything. No communication with the company. I only received two out of the three boxes. UPS says a package is lost. I get that’s a problem with UPS but this whole experience has not been pleasant. I would just love any kind of communication.

Never received order.

I have never received my order I placed in July. I got a link for shipping through UPS and it says they haven’t received the package yet and couldn’t provide a delivery date.

I'm in love!

I received everything quickly and it was packaged nice and securely. Everything was exactly as described. The jars are the perfect size for my needs. Love it all!

Rapid delivery, careful packaging!

I received my one of each, 2oz about a week ago. It was carefully packed, with individual slots inside smaller boxes to ensure it arrived safely. The herbs were fragrant, and I can't wait to get started!
